Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated 30 August 2026
This policy explains what Webflip Media ("we", "us") collects when you use webflipmedia.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal padding.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading.
Information collected automatically. Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate usage data and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the work
- To send information you have specifically asked for
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
We do not sell your information. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without your consent, and we do not share your details with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and our business. Where they process information on our behalf, they are bound to use it only for that purpose:
- Hosting and delivery — to serve this website and handle form submissions
- Email delivery — to route enquiry notifications to our inbox
- Analytics — to measure aggregate site usage
- Communication tools — email and WhatsApp, where you choose to contact us that way
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and thereafter for our own records for a period consistent with normal business practice. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to function and to measure aggregate usage. We do not run advertising cookies that follow you across other websites from this site. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time; the site will continue to work.
Your choices
You can ask us to: tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your information, or stop contacting you. Email contact@webflipmedia.com and we will action it within a reasonable period.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold data we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
