Reels & Shorts
Vertical, sound-on, hook in the first second. Scripted against one objection, edited to hold attention past the three-second drop-off where most ads die.

02 · Ad creative & video production
Targeting is automated now. The creative is the last real lever you control — and it is the one most agencies outsource. We write the hooks, storyboard the shots and cut the video ourselves.

Two advertisers can run the same budget, the same audience and the same landing page, and one pays half as much per customer. The difference is almost always the creative — which is why we start there rather than treating it as the thing that gets rushed at the end.

Anatomy
Four parts, in this order. Miss one and the ad still runs — it just costs more per customer, quietly, for as long as you leave it live.
First frame, first second. A specific moment the viewer recognises — not your logo, not a slow build.
The real reason they hesitate, named out loud. Every ad answers exactly one.
Something checkable — a review, a number, a real customer. Claims without proof get scrolled.
One thing to do next, and a page that continues the same argument when they land.
What we produce
A concept is not a file — it is an argument. Once it works, it gets built into every format the campaign needs rather than re-invented for each one.

Vertical, sound-on, hook in the first second. Scripted against one objection, edited to hold attention past the three-second drop-off where most ads die.
9:16 · 1080 × 1920 · 8–30s

The same idea recut for placement rather than cropped. Safe zones respected so captions are not swallowed by the interface.
9:16 & 4:5 · Captions burned in

For brands where the product has to be seen moving — texture, scale, how it sits on a person. Shot direction, edit and grade.
Any ratio · Music & SFX cleared

One idea, one frame. The fastest way to test whether an angle works before committing a shoot day to it.
1:1 & 4:5 · Feed and Explore

For products that need a sequence — objection, answer, proof, offer. Higher effort, and consistently the format that converts considered purchases.
4:5 · 3–6 frames

Feed-driven creative for stores, so every product carries the brand instead of a bare packshot on white.
Per SKU · Feed-ready

Ten hooks per concept, written against a real objection. The cheapest thing to change and the one that moves cost per click hardest.
10 hooks per concept

Every shot agreed on paper before a rupee of production is spent. You approve the ad before it exists.
Shot-by-shot · Approved first

One winning concept becomes many: new hooks, new openings, same body. This is how a winner is scaled without fatiguing it.
3–6 cuts per winner
Included
Production is the visible half. These are the parts that decide whether the production was worth paying for.
Angles written from buyer objections, then scripted for the first three seconds outward.
Cut for pace and retention, captions burned in, sound designed for the 85% who watch muted.
AI used to generate variants and speed up production. Every frame reviewed by a human before it ships.
Feed, story, reel, carousel and Pinterest from one master — recomposed, not cropped.
New creative on a schedule, so fatigue is prevented rather than diagnosed after the fact.
Hook rate, click-through and cost per result, per ad — so you learn which angle earned the money.
How we work
Most creative fails because production started before anyone agreed what the ad was arguing. This order prevents that.
Reviews, DMs, sales calls and competitor ads. The angle comes from what buyers actually hesitate over, not a brainstorm.
Three to five angles, ten hooks each. You pick the directions before anything goes into production.
Shot-by-shot on paper, approved by you. Cheap to change here, expensive to change later.
Shoot direction, edit, captions, sound and grade. Statics and video from the same concept so the campaign holds together.
Feed, story, reel, carousel, Pinterest — sized and recomposed, delivered as a set so campaigns never wait on assets.
Hook rate and cost per result per creative, then next month's set built on what the numbers said.
Our work
The same campaign at three stages — panels approved on paper, then the frames that came out of them. Real production, not a mood board.
Every asset on this page was produced by us for a real campaign. Where a result has not been measured over a meaningful window we describe the work instead of inventing a percentage — see the Ornabling case study for the full set.
Proof
Creative is the lever, so it matters who is pulling it. Every contract, rating and client comment is public and checkable before you spend anything.

One of the best editors I've worked with. He understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention really well. Highly Recommended.
Excellent experience, only way to describe Ashish services is he goes above and beyond. Excellent attention to detail, he's a project partner and asset.
Ashish is a great freelancer to work with. He is timely, professional, takes feedback and implements it very well and also gives good suggestions on helping us meet our goals for the videos that we talk about. He has a good skill set and we will be using him moving forward.
Ashish completed a small project for me and delivered quality work. He was communicative and met his deadlines, which is highly appreciated. You should consider working with him.

Questions
Ad creative production is the making of the actual adverts that run on Meta, Google, YouTube and marketplaces — the concepts, hooks, scripts, static images, carousels and video. It is separate from campaign management, which handles budgets and targeting. Since platform targeting is now largely automated, the creative is the main variable an advertiser still controls, and it is usually what decides the result.
For most small and mid-sized advertisers, three to five genuinely different concepts a month, plus three to six cuts of whatever is winning. Different concepts test different reasons to buy; cuts of a winner extend its life. Producing twenty variations of one idea tells you which colour performed, not why people bought.
Yes, and usually from the same concept. Short-form video carries most of the organic and paid reach on Meta, while statics and carousels are cheaper to test and often convert better for considered purchases. Running both from one angle means the campaign holds together instead of feeling like two agencies worked on it.
No. Work is produced from product references, existing footage, AI-assisted generation and directed shoots depending on what the brand needs and what the budget supports. Several of the campaigns in our portfolio were produced without a studio day at all.
Three numbers, in order. Hook rate grades the first frames. Click-through grades the body and offer. Cost per qualified lead or sale is the only one that pays anyone. We track them per creative rather than per campaign, because a campaign average hides which angle actually earned the result.
Where it removes cost without removing quality — generating variants at volume, speeding up editing, producing visuals that would otherwise need a shoot. The concept, the hook and the final judgement are human. AI is treated as a production tool here, not as the creative direction.
Yes. Plenty of clients keep their media buyer and bring us in purely for creative, because that is the constraint they have hit. We deliver on the buyer's schedule with naming conventions that make performance traceable in their reporting.
