How we work
Most agency relationships go bad the same way: work starts before anyone agreed what success looks like, and by month three nobody can say what the money bought. This is the sequence we run instead — and what you physically receive at each step.
What you get, step by step
The process
The same six steps every time, in this order. Two of them happen before anything is built, which is the part most engagements skip and later regret.
We go through the whole business, not just the marketing: website, search visibility, lead flow, sales pipeline, conversion rates, customer journey, existing automation, data and follow-up. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
You receive: A written audit document — yours to keep, hire us or not
Every business is losing something somewhere - leads, customers, revenue, time or data. We name which one is costing the most right now, so the first rupee you spend goes to the thing that actually moves.
You receive: A prioritised list of leaks with the biggest one named
Whatever the audit points at: funnels, landing pages, the website, search, AI agents, chatbots, WhatsApp flows, CRM workflows, qualification and follow-up. Built to work together rather than as six disconnected tools.
You receive: A scope and a fixed number before any work begins
Going live is the start, not the finish. From day one the system collects data - where leads come from, where they stall, what they cost - with automation doing the collecting instead of somebody's spreadsheet.
You receive: The built system, in your accounts, with the logins
We read the data for what is working, what is not, where leads drop, which channels earn their budget and where money is being wasted. Then we change the system, not the story.
You receive: A one-page monthly read: what changed, what it cost, what next
Once something is proven to work, we put weight behind it and keep improving. Scaling a system you understand is arithmetic; scaling one you do not is gambling.
You receive: A decision each month about where the next rupee goes
Timeline
Indicative, and it moves with scope. What does not move is that you see the audit findings before committing to a build.
Week 1
We go through the business as a buyer would — including submitting a real enquiry and timing the reply. You get the findings whether or not the engagement continues.
Weeks 2–3
The plan, then the work: pages, creative, CRM, automations and tracking. Approvals happen at agreed points, not as a surprise at the end.
Week 4
Live on controlled spend with kill rules already agreed. Small and deliberate beats big and hopeful.
Month 2 onward
Fresh creative on a schedule, weekly reads on the numbers, one monthly call. The compounding part.
Ways to work together
Everyone starts with the audit. Where it goes after that is genuinely your call — and sometimes the honest recommendation is that you do not need us at all.
You want the findings and intend to act on them yourself, or with your existing team. Entirely reasonable, and it happens.
Free · written document · no obligation
A defined thing with an end: a website, a store, a creative set, an automation system. Fixed scope, fixed number, handed over.
One-time · scoped after the audit
The build plus the running of it — creative, campaigns, optimisation and reporting month to month. Three-month minimum, then rolling.
Monthly · 30 days notice after the initial term
Working agreements
None of this is unusual. It is written down because most agencies say it in the pitch and stop doing it by month three.
Domain, hosting, ad accounts, CRM, analytics — all registered to you. We work inside them. If we part ways you keep everything, including the history the algorithms have learned.
WhatsApp for anything urgent, answered the same working day. This is the unglamorous commitment that most agencies quietly stop honouring in month two.
Scheduled, not chased. Fifteen to thirty minutes on what the numbers did and what we are changing because of it.
Creative, calendars and campaigns are shared before they go live. Nothing appears on your accounts that you have not seen.
One page. Spend, cost per qualified lead, what changed, what happens next. No twenty-slide deck built to look like effort.
We stay small on purpose. There is no account manager relaying your feedback to someone you have never met.
In practice
Most agencies treat the ad as an afterthought and blame the algorithm. We start with the creative because it moves the numbers hardest.
Ads, page, CRM and follow-up built by the same team, so nothing falls between vendors and nobody gets to point the finger.
Tracking is set up before spend starts. You see cost per lead and where each sale came from - no dashboards designed to flatter us.
Same-day response on WhatsApp and a real monthly call. The thing every cheap freelancer stops doing in month two.
See it applied on a real engagement — the store, the creative pipeline and the custom system we built around it.

Questions
We go through your business the way a buyer would: your site on mobile data, what you rank for, what your ads look like, and what happens when someone actually enquires — we submit a real enquiry and time the reply. You get a written document naming the biggest leak and what fixing it is worth. It is free and the findings are yours regardless of what you decide.
No, and you usually should not. The audit exists to find which single stage is costing you the most, so the first engagement is normally one focused fix rather than a full system. Selling you six services when one would move the number is how agencies lose clients in month four.
Project builds have no ongoing commitment — scope, deliver, hand over. Retainers run a three-month minimum, because campaign testing and content need that long before the data means anything, then continue month to month with 30 days notice.
We stay deliberately small, so the person who scopes your work is the person who does it. There is no junior team behind a senior pitch, and no account manager sitting between you and the answer.
You hear it from us first, in the monthly read, with the number attached. Kill rules for campaigns are agreed before launch so a failing campaign gets paused on evidence rather than argument — we have done exactly that to our own campaign and published the record of it.
Access to what already exists, honest answers about what has and has not worked, and one person who can give approvals. The most common cause of a slow project is not the build — it is waiting on content and sign-off.

A free 30-minute growth audit. We map your traffic, creative, site and follow-up, then show you the three biggest gaps and what fixing them is worth. You keep the findings either way.
